My Weekend

So yesterday the girls and I got together for Steph's birthday - we got to Maija's house around 3:30 and started to set up - the banner took us like half an hour to hang lol - clothes lines aren't the best place for them. After we finished decorating we waited for Steph to get off work and she got there around 6:45 - we went for a swim and then went to go get out all our frustrations on the pinata that Maija gave me for Christmas like 2 years ago - I figured it was time to bust it open - so we went and took a few good wacks at it and the candy came flying out in all directions!! lol - laugh we did - it was fun times - all the pics are below - it was quite the event! Then we went and had dinner and I proceeded to eat pop rocks...I forgot about those things - but as they cracked in my mouth - they were clicking off my teeth!! it was very weird - Ju took lots of pics of it on her camera - she said something like 19 - she's gonna make a slide show lol
After cake and such we went and watched the fireworks from the festival and then went back inside to hang out for a bit - it was a nice early nite - good for me cause I was dying from my allergies come 11 pm - they have a cat and I'm really allergic....let's just say I was not a pretty sight lol - and today isn't much better - I feel like I'm getting a cold or something - but yesterday was fun - so whatever! lol - as long as I'm not sick for Coldplay!! And I'll post about that on Wednesday hopefully!! Anywho - that was my exciting day!

Three day weekend

yay for three days off, despite the fact i was off already for two days this week, since i was all barfy and such....so i watched two hours of Arrested Development last night(on a friday, how big of a loser am i?) god that show just kills me...."I think if i blue my self before i go"..."Tobias, there's got to be a better way to say that".....hahahahah, anyways, it's off to Don Cherry's for supper

Haha - yeah looking back at the good times at school is great!! I miss school - I wanna go back - it seems weird - but I wish we had one more year - u guys would have ur house and I would come over all the time...ahhh - but things must change I suppose! We will always have the good memories - and since it's all documented in the blog...no one shall ever forget!! And Nik..you forgot to mention that time u broke the chair!! that was great! and just so u don't think I'm picking on u...remember when Bobert turned around, pointed at me and called me fat?? yeah - that was good times too!!

My allergies are kicking in something fierce!! Hayfever sucks....sucks ass. I got the good drugs today - so here's hoping they will kill it...kill it dead. Other than that I 've been leading aboring life...looking for work - since I did the smartest thing ever and quit my job lol - oh well - I'll make it through!! :D

so while i've been bored at work, i've been looking over our old posts from like feb and march, i almost pissed myself, good ol' stories...love the one where kim and i showed up at linds house the day ryan was over,lol...to funny..i almost forgot about the "it's pretty fucking loud" CSI comment...good times, good times...i miss school, i miss our collection of great quotes...our calling people lard asses and being told that that the teacher is gonna think i'm this person anyways(meaning i'm a lard ass) and the time linds said she was the looks of this operation....oh and the Uni moments...too funny my side hurts so much....hahah...how did i ever get through college? all i learned is fugly, uni, suck and blow, and the fact that my friends think i look like mimi bobeck when i meant to say rupaul(not that a cross dressing black man is any better)....aw school...i miss you...now i feel like a lard ass, ugly, mimi bobeck, that's the downside of remembering college, and the fact that linds is still gonna pay for the face on t-shirt incident

This Town Is Full of Crazies!!

so I had to write cause the weirdest thing just happened to me...I just got out of bed and Jake was all doing his pee dance so I took him for his walk and all was well and good and this jogger comes up behind me but I didn't hear him in time to pull Jake in so I could control him...but the guy comes up beside me says Good morning - I'm like - morning and Jake starts barking at him and the guy looses it!! He starts kicking at Jake and yelling at me that if he ever sees me with my dog again he's gonna hurt him and kick him so hard cause the fucker should be dead. I say - I'm sorry what?? (cause I'm still half asleep I'm like - am I dreaming??) Then he's just all pointing fingers and yelling and then he finally jogs away still muttering to himself how my dog should be dead...I was like - what the hell just happened?? Nothing like being threatened at 10 in the morning....this city is messed up....and I'm alone in it for another 4 days lol - I don't think I'll walk that way anymore until my parents get back home - the crazy man had crazy in his eyes - I think he just might do it!! lol

again....chatting when i shouldn't be...on saturday i went to my sister's house..halle is so friggin adorable..she kept hugging my knees and trying to get me to lift her up...than she was worse than a dog when we were eating...it was almost like she was begging for food...spilt ice cap on my new wedding top that i didn't get to wear to the wedding...no fun...gotta go

Fun Times at the Driving Range!!

So I had a good day on Saturday - I got up nice and early (9am) and had a shower, had breakfast and Ju called me and said u ready? I sure am! and off we went!! We decided that it would be fun to try the driving range - so we met Matt there and got our clubs and a basket of balls and to the range we go. Well...first of all - the lady club was too small for me lol - so I had to use one of Matt's clubs hahaha - and I got pretty good at it by the end of it - I got a ball into one of the baskets about 100ft away - I think the farthest I hit it was like 115ft max lol - but it was good times - except I got a massive blister on my thumb (I think I was holding the club wrong) damn man club - not meant for lady hands!! lol Then we went out shopping and dressed Matt - we got him two new outfits - looking all swank now! lol I bought a frame for my diploma - it looks all official and everything. Then we came back to my house and we had dinner - then Matt was like - wanna go visit Matt (our other friend Matt) and me and Ju are like sure - turns out Matt and his fiance got kicked out of the house and they live at Beavermead...which is a campground here - it's really quite sad cause she has a 3 year old girl - but off we go to visit them - it was rather depressing.

Then I came home and watched a movie with my parents - it was quite the day!

Today...u'll all be shocked - but I've spent the majority of it reading...I know close ur mouths - but after the CBC special - I decided that I should finally read Al Franken's book - Lies and the Lying Liars who Tell Them - cause it's only been on my book shelf for the past 6 months - so far it's very good - and he cuts up Ann Coulter - so any book that does that is swell - I'm a couple pages away from the chapter on Bill O'Rielly - which I'm sure will be just as swell - I'm looking forward to it cause he's such an ass.

Anywho -that's all that's going on with me ....until next time.

Yesterday I went to Toronto with Ju...we took the bus down at 10:30am - it was about 11 when I looked over and saw the guy sitting across from us crack open the biggest bottle of beer ever and start drinking it - I made the mistake of making eye contact - he gave me kind of a weird look - but I just looked away - then Ju was like - maybe it's water - then in my sheer brilliance I said (louder than I had anticipated) no man - it's beer - look at the foam on top...and again I made eye contact with said crazy guy - so then I'm all great...now he thinks I'm judging him or something lol - this can't be good - luckily by the time we got to Toronto he stumbled out of the bus and he kind of started to follow us - but being as we were much quicker on our feet - lost him in no time. lol - so then we went shopping where I proceeded to spend an obscene amount of money - however - it was all mostly on sale lol. Then after about 7 hours of shopping and eating we went to the subway to get to the bar where the concert was....well being the great subway system navigator I am (and the fact I forgot the maps at home) I not only went backwards - but we paid $2.50 to go about a block and we ended up having to cab it to the bar anyways lol however - the show was really good as live shows usually are and the timing couldn't have been more perfect -they finished right at 11:30 when we had to get out to go catch our bus home - most excellent.

Work yesterday....man - I'm filing again!! lol - I more or less expected that - but it's friggin tedious work!

My allergies are gonna be the death of me today - my eyes, throat, chest, sinuses - everything is damaged today!! lol

and Nik - ur dad could be right - even tho u are 21 - u still get into things - don't lie!! lol

I hate AOL

Damn bastards at AOL won't let me post on the blog, use msn or hotmail....i can pretty much get on the main page...oh what fun.....

Nothing much going on except that I was on this page on saturday and it said the war in Iraq cost 180 billion, it's now back to 178, i may not be that good in math but i'm sure there's something wrong there... Work is busy...yeah for busy work...well i guess i should be thankful, i could be not busy and just sit there pretending to do work....

anyways nothing interesting is going on...i walked into staces house and Emma told me to fuck off... i got volunteered for a kids birthday party that was supposed to be last weekend but got moved to this weekend...cause there's nothing i'd like more than to hang out with 5 kids....and they are all under age so it's no fun for me....


So...now i'm just blabbing cause there really is nothing exciting...at all....except that stace keeps retelling me the story of the man that got arrested just two doors down...not to mention she's asked if i've seen Eurotrip like 5 times....in two hours...

on monday i was sick on tuesday stace was sick... so my dad was all " you guys must've gotten into something" than i had to remind him we are 21, not two..we don't get into things..

Just a Tad Hungover...

Last nite was fun...this morning...smeh lol - it was Maija's birthday and of course we went out and painted the town red...well sorta - we went to the bar lol

I got to Leanne's house around 7 and then everyone else showed up around 8ish and we had dinner and cake and then there was a Live 8 thing going on at a restaurant downtown so we went there and we had Strawberry Margaritas - they were very good - but being as there is two shots in each one...and I'm a lightweight when it comes to liquor - I was a little tippy by the time we left there lol - we then hit the bar were I proceeded to drink more - but so did Maija and she wanted someone to drink with her so I felt obligated to do so...it was her birthday lol. Then all my brother's friends showed up cause my friend Steph is dating one of his friends - so last nite we hung out with them all - but being as Garrett is in Ottawa he wasn't there - which was kinda weird but smeh - it was fun - I know all the guys anyways. Then we danced the nite away and I got home around 3am this morning - I got up at like 10 and just layed in bed until 11 - then Jake started barking...so I figured I might as well get up lol - but yeah - that was my nite - and now I'm all blah lol - but it's all good

I'm off to Toronto tomorrow for the Aqualung/Cary Brothers concert with Ju - it should be lots of fun - we're going down tomorrow morning and going to Yorkdale to go shopping for the day then the concert is at a club downtown and then we'll take the bus back home - it'll be another late nite - but I'm looking forward to it - good music is well worth it!
